Thank you for choosing Freeze’n Dried Creations LLC. We take pride in providing high-quality freeze-dried treats. Because our products are food items, safety and quality are extremely important. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of freeze-dried food products and health/safety regulations:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any food items.

Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we are committed to making it right.

To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide a clear description of the issue

  • Include photos of:

    • The product

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

Once we review your claim, we will determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.

Please note:

  • Melted items, cosmetic imperfections, or size/shape differences in freeze-dried candy are not considered defects

  • We cannot replace items damaged due to heat exposure, improper storage, or handling after delivery

3. Shipping Issues

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), delivery becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

Freeze’n Dried Creations LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

For lost or delayed packages, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to update your order, please reach out immediately—changes are not guaranteed.

5. Allergy Disclaimer

Products may come into contact with or be produced near:

  • Nuts

  • Dairy

  • Soy

  • Wheat/Gluten

  • Other potential allergens

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient information before consumption. We do not issue refunds for allergic reactions.
